The line is mainly used for drawing copper, copper alloy contact wires( for high-speed electric railway).

Inlet wire dia.: Φ27mm(Max. )
Outlet wire dia.: Φ10.8-14.4mm
Drawing capstans dia.: Φ1000mm
Rod sectional area redution: 17-32%
Rod length extention: 20-47%
Drawing line speed: 1m/s( Max. )
Drawing capstans is cooled by inner water(capcity: 15m3/h)
Air supply: Pressure: 0.6Mpa, flow: 2.0M3/min
Dawing lubrication: Capacity: 15 m3, flow: 80l/min
Take-up reel size: Φ2000mm ( or coustomize)
Drawing capstans are driven by individual motor and the first one is 75KW DC motor, the next three are 55 KW DC motor
The height of running central wire: 1200mm
